[ROVERNET - UK] TC shifting

The 4cm arm at the gearbox end needs to be in the right spot (rotation) or 
1-2 will be hard.
I also had trouble with a worn acorn on the end of the gearstick, 1-2 were 
lousy 3-4 were ok.
