Hi Patrick,

Try Ruth at ABC in Canada, or JR Wadhams (usaully pricey, but good). If they 
can't help try Power Track brakes in the UK. A little pricey, but most 
likely they will have NOS straight off the shelf for your part. I found a 
NADA clutch master cylinder from them last year still in its original box. 
Also, the chaps on the phone there are very helpful.
