Hi Guys
Thanks for the input . At last a simple job , in the great P6 brake saga . I had assumed these switches were a Joe Lucas , sealed
for life , expensive to replace item . I will follow Eric's advice
Cheers
 Patrick

Subject: [ROVERNET - UK] replacing cork floats

I have had great success in replacing the floats in the brake flluid
containers of old and newer types. Take the plastic cork from a cheap wine
bottle, rip off the cork float from it's anchorage, and replace by sliding
the new one on the thin rod. It works beautifully......forever! (It mever
gets brale fluid logged!)
