You have some options.
1.  Enquire from a Rover parts dealer
2.  Get a hub cap for a MGB from Moss Motors

3.  Get an anodized aluminum motif (OEM type) from a
Rover dealer, pry off the MG symbol and "JB Weld" the
new one in place.

4.  Buy a Rover decal that "looks like" the original
and apply it over top of the MG motif for a smooth
finish.

5.  We note two sources on our website under
"Resources"

Note;  the original was gold anodized aluminum with a
balck silk-screened Rover motif.
