[ROVERNET - UK] Rover 2000 Ful Pump as Well

Fritz,
I forgot to mention that sometimes they can be restarted with a little tap 
with a small hammer or block of wood. If it hasn't been run in a while, just 
a tap may have it off and running.You want the ignition turned on ,when you 
tap it.
