Must be those short miles...
2000rpm is 60km/h on mine.  Slightly lower speed than yours!

Larry,
The speedo heads (ribbon) are interchangeable (I found
in practise) as are the right-angled drives.

Have you changed the final drive for a different ratio
(ie  one from a 3500 S)?  Have you changed the type of
gearbox?

On my speedo (4th gear) 6(0) mph on the speedo, reads
30(00) on the Tach.    And.... 7(0) mph reads as
35(00) on the Tach.
