[ROVERNET - UK] 2000TC starter relay

Woops I for got the part about what relay.  Any 1M (1 load normally open 
four or on some new ones three post) type relay should work.  The main 
reason for the relay is to keep the engine in a automatic models from 
starting in gear and the heavy demand of the Pre-engaged starter solenoid.
