[ROVERNET - UK] 2000TC starting woes

Bill,
It is possible for the solenoid to have an internal intermittent short.  
Doesn't start but then it does.  Everything checks out.  Then it won't 
start again.  I'm with Jim.  Replace the solenoid and the relay as it 
may take years to get a definitive diagnosis.
