[ROVERNET - UK] Top Gear on the Rover P5

I wonder if the list can advise me...  the flap on my SD1 will sometimes 
stick with a full throttle use. A slight tap with a finger tip will put it 
back.  Is the AF Meter something a guy can open up? I assume I will have to  
replace the pivot bushings, file the flap, or whatever it takes to fix this. 
  Have you ever heard of this problem?  It otherewise works perfectly.
