[ROVERNET - UK] Reminder - Fritz's car in Arkansas P5 3 Litre

Kent,
Is this only a car for a mechanic?  Is it repairable? 
(Not being a P5 owner here....) How specialized is the
transmission?  Would any transmission from an
automatic 3 Litre do?  I should change the advert to
reflect the problem [if I understood what the problem
was]  :-(
