[ROVERNET - UK] Was Electrical mystery on P6 now traffic

I have noticed that Rovernet members talk when there
is something to say and standby when there isn't.

Isn't this the way a veteran email discussion list
should operate?

People wait to see if they can help.  If they can't - 
they stay silent.  

I'm proud of the high level of Rover intellect that
resides in the members of this discussion list.
