I'm inclined to agree with Slats - this e-mail doesn't have much of the
aura of "scam" about it to me.  The writer seems well-informed about his
subject and there just aren't many people out there who would be
considered potential "marks" for a scam involving non-existent Rover SD1
shells.  But James is correct - one would want to make a personal trip,
with appropriate precautions, to investigate before sending any money.
