[ROVERNET - UK] Wilson's Brakes

One test:
With the motor running and the brakes locked on, pull
off the large vacumn pipe leading into the servo air
chamber.  When I did that, it proved the air control
valve for me.  A careful cleaning process of the air
control valve solved my "brakes stuck on" syndrome.
