[ROVERNET - UK] rostyle wheels

Rovernetters,
    Has anyone had difficulty balancing rostyle wheels.? Three of the five
that I have require so much weight that at highway speeds there is a
noticeable vibration. I have other wheels and tires and if I use these there
is much less vibration. I watched the tire man and it seems that the small
hole in the wheel is not concentric with the rim of the wheel. Any tricks
that I need to tell the tire man? Regards, Larry
