[ROVERNET - UK] Adhesive question.

Ben,
All this might no apply, but......

On my hub caps, there are rivet heads which hold the
spring attachment system.  If you have those rivet
heads, you might have to prepare a smooth surface with
an epoxy such as the liquid metal variety.

You could then use contact cement to hold the decal to
the epoxy.

I would protect the decal further and add more
adhesion by spraying a clear varathane coating over
the top.
