Too close to call for me at 60 mph on a busy highway.
Anyway, your 31.5 km/h works out at 19.573192548 mph.
So..........19.573192548 X 3 = 58.719576 mph at 3000
rpm.
I was just saying that my car appeared to be doing 60
mph at what appeared to be 3000 rpm. Everything is
nicely perking at that speed.
