Hi Kent,
  Do you have the specs for that pulley, I might be able to source one
locally?  There seems to be quite a variation in price for essentially
the same water pump in the USA.

Hi Gavin,
I have always used Buick pumps when replacing as they are cheap to 
rebuild and I have plenty of cores.  You will need to change fans or 
replace with electric (my preference).

I probably have a water pump pulley that will line up.   No need to 
drive the pump electrically.
