David,

With such a special car awaiting your attention, maybe you need to 
eliminate all other Rover distractions and get on with its restoration. 
It might be a good idea to drop off Ol' Crummy Blue in my driveway as 
you head north in May. I think Blue may be sapping your vital Rover 
energies and distracting you from more pressing responsibilities. I'd be 
happy to help.
