No, I can't afford a new 75.  P4 maybe!
Ultimately it is just a 12V fan that is mounted either as push or pull.
The only requirement is to cut the connector off the existing fan and crimp 
the new fan's wires to it - usually by wire joiners.
http://forums.mg-rover.org/showthread.php?t=137032 indicates it is a tuned 
unit with multiple motor speeds, you will need to find out the throughput 
(litres/minute) and find a fan that matches.  If you have aircond then the 
multispeed is required.

reading.
It is inordinately complex... 2 small fans would work well if the radiator 
has the room.
