Hank,

Thanks for the feedback. I've got the differential out (almost killed myself 
in the process!!!).  The mechanic (trained in Rolls, Jaguar---old school, 
brilliant mechanic about to retire) will be rebuilding the differential for 
me.  I'm going to get it to him this Friday.  Once he disassembles it, he 
will tell me what parts are needed.  I'm hoping that the parts you have are 
indeed still in good shape as I might be very much in need of purchasing 
them from you.

If you are comfortable, please contact me off Rovernet  (at 
lacpsyd6 at msn.com) and I'll let you know what I need and find out what you 
have.
