[ROVERNET - UK] 1971 3500S Distributor Cap

Can anyone tell me what the correct distributor cap (Lucas#) is for my 1971 
3500S.........i look the parts book and get LU 54418661........The reason 
for asking is i just got a brand new CI (Commercial Ignition) cap #STC 8368 
and taking it out of the box, had it break in my hand when i held it between 
my thumb and fingers..........the plug tower snapped right 
off..........Aftermarket crap..........Has anyone else had trouble with this 
brand or is it my bad luck
