I've always bought my filters at the local discount auto parts place. 
And there's always NAPA in the USA. I walked into NAPA and asked for a 
fan belt for a 1963 Rover 95. They looked in a parts book and handed me 
the absolutely correct belt about 30 seconds later. Can't hardly beat 
that...
