Not likely.  Mine wasn't one of the very early ones. It had round dials and
the "opened" radiator grille.
I don't know what you mean by plastic buttons.  The door handles on mine
were all metal from memory with metal parts. I have had a look in the tin
and cannot see anything what looks like plastic buttons for a door.  What an
annoying part to have to find for a 50s car.  
You are welcome to what's there if it's any use.  Would have thought the
bumper bar might be worth slinging under the house.
