Hello

Well, I am having a bit off a problem with my 70 TC.
When I start out from the driveway and give it some
mild acceleration, the car has a fit, backfiring thru
the carbs and sputtering.

Now, I do know that there is fuel coming thru the pump
because I have a glass globe so I can see the gas.

The spark plugs, wires and coil were replaced a couple
of months ago. I checked the poits and they are at
.15" and the rotor and cap look good.

Now, I did remove the original dist. because it had
where you sent 2 vacuum lines to it. Part of the
polution control stuff.

So, what can it be, is the replacement dist. bad, is
there a massive vauum leak...(I dont hear one) or am I
missing something. So, throw some help this way. I
would appreciate it very much for your comments.

Cheers
David
