Maybe you could send it again. I'm sure I replied. I
have had increasing trouble with my Internet Provider,
Shaw, here in Vancouver.  More and more email is being
rejected because Shaw is developing a reputation for
permitting SPAM mail from their system and refusing to
have a SPAM abuse lines that works.  When I searched
the Internet for "Shaw SPAM", I learned a lot.  Many
of my overseas messages about trip accommodation have
not reached the recipient.
