[ROVERNET - UK] V8 Engine rebuild - surprised at professionaladvice

I had my standard 70 3500 V8 rebuilt by a good ole' boy in Shreveport LA for 
about $1400 10y ago. He recognized it as a Buick 215, got Chevy pistons and 
valve springs etc. It runs perfectly. I am not expert, but advice to dispose 
of the block is ludicrous.
