[ROVERNET - UK] BRAND NEW INDIAN ROVER

Sometimes putting a "less than <" symbol immediately
before a long quote and the "greater than >" symbol
immediately afterwards, contains a long quote.  On my
computer, a long part of the end of the URL wasn't
hotlinked.
