SCs came in 7.5 and 9 to 1
TCs came in 9 and 10 to 1.
10:1 are pretty rare.  The pistons determine the comp ratio.
So if you have a 9:1 SC putting a TC head on pretty much does the job - but
set the valve timing to suit, and look at the TC distributor too.
Check if the carbs are HD8 or HS8 - the HS8 are superior.
