[ROVERNET - UK] 2000 engine?

This question has to do with the 1963 to 1975 Rover 2000/ 2200, SC/TC,
engines. Is this a interference or collision, or non-interference or
non-collision engine design? That is to say if the camshaft drive, top,
chain is removed and then the crankshaft is turned, will a piston collide
with a valve in the open position and lock up the engine or bend the
valve(s)? Thanks for the help.
