[ROVERNET - UK] Re: TC CARB TUNE

45 degrees, no bulge required.
The heating water would be handled by the adapter plate; just a pipe welded
in to feed the heater would do.

At one time I researched fitting DCOE to a P6. The two stumbling
blocks turned out to the heated manifold water passage and, more
importantly, not enough room for even a minimal velocity stack and
airbox without a near 90 degree turn in the manifold (and the
attendant need for a clearance bulge in the hood).

But it is a wonderful idea, none-the-less.

I would love to fit an electronic fuel to a TC (though then it would
be a 2000i or something, lol). Aftermarket setups are easily
available now, there are even a setup that replace SUs more or less
directly with SU sized throttle body injection units.
