Hi Ray !

If you're using Outlook (Not Outloook Express) there is an easy way to stock 
and consult all of you emails.
First of all, you must create a separate file in your list like "Rover" for 
example. Than, just use the "search" button on the top and tick the box with 
"search in text and description". Then, you'll easely find wath you're 
looking for.
I think that will be the cheapest and easiest way to do it.
