Hello Rover"ites"

I may somewhere have a short film of Ian driving
the Single Seater around the Main Square in
Boras,Sweden, a sight (And Sound!) not to be hastily forgotten....

On the same tape is some footage of Garainth
Owen, Owen Wynn-Owen's son, driving the ex-Parry
Thomas record breaker BABS on a gravel road at a
Swedish car show at 50 MPH (without brakes) and
with Ian's red P6B leading with me standing in
the front seat, upper body out of the sunroof,
and shouting to the crowd to stay out of the way without too much success.
Not something you get to see everyday :)

The Youtube movie comes from British Pathe.

They have a website :

http://www.britishpathe.com

You can find a lot of interesting films there:
Try searching for "rover". You can only watch
preview versions for free but these are still interesting.

If something really strikes your fancy you can buy a high quality version.
