[ROVERNET - UK] Interesting problem.

Steven,
I have had discussions with our club machinist who
resleeved cylinders in the past. The long and narrow
cylinders such as the clutch master or the servo
cylinders are tricky to machine so as to avoid the
problem of a parallel bore such as you describe.

I guess it depends upon the expertise of the machinist
doing the job and the willingness of such a machinist
to have "another go" if there is a problem.

The club has two honed master cylinders with no pits (
I dismantled them from donated vehicles and
refurbished them for club member spare parts.)
