Looks like Rover's future is soon to be finalised with the sale of the brand
to Shanghai Auto this month.

xml Shanghai Auto have a ambitious target to be one of the Top 10 Auto
makers in the next few years. Rover will be their flag ship brand. The
agreement not to enter the 4wd market is an interesting one to follow as it
expires in less than 10 years.
