I know in NY state things are fairly okay if your car is older than 25 
years. I'm not sure about the fed' emission stuff as my 2000TC is too old to 
really have anything in that line on it.

But I think that the 25 year rule also counts for vehicles coming in from 
foriegn countries too. But as they say "Don't quote me on that".

Handy if you import from Eurpoe say.....
