I've met a truly wonderful artist, Susan King, and she's sketched my 69 
Rover 2000 TC and is in the process of doing the 48 P3..........She has just 
branced out into doing cars and mine was the first but now she has caught 
the car bug   lol      .She's very reasonable and i can say quite 
good............She'll draw anything you want in black and white from your 
favourite photos although i'm not sure if she does colour.............You 
supply her the photos and tell her what you want........my 69 i wanted just 
the car without the backgrounds............she did 3 views and made a mat 
for the frame in the colour of my car..........She  gives you the  mat 
included in the price......my 2 pictures are 11x17 framed.........her prices 
are approx $50 to 75 depending what you want done...........with the mat 
included it seemed quite reasonable to me
