[ROVERNET - UK] What's a US 3500S engine worth?

Hi folks,

I have a spare NADA 3500S engine that someone wants to buy from me, but I
don't know how much to ask for it.  It's complete with carbs, manifolds,
etc. and looks good externally, but its internal condition is unknown. 
What would be a fair Western US asking price?
