Hi, everyone this is Dirk Burrowes. If anyone knows of a good condition P6
preferably a late model 3500s. I have contacted Chris Hendrix but he seems
reluctant to get me more photos.

Just found this article on Times Online. Does not
exactly appear to revive Rover but good for the local
economy. Below is the link.

Correction on Alvin's phone number; the area code should be 323, not 232.
Also the number is one digit off from the one that I have for Alvin. Before
posting another phone number for him, I will call Alvin to see if this is in
error or he has a second line that is just one number different.

I have seen Alvin's car collection and in fact am helping Chris Devlin
retrieve a Mk II from Alvin this weekend. He has a lot of cars that seem to
be rust free but are in various stages of not running. He would be a good
source for parts, especially for SD1 models. If anyone would like me to
look for specific parts, please let me know before Saturday and I will
assess condition while at Alvin's.

Tom

If Rover is defunct, who's manufacturing the Land Rover that is actively
advertising all over the place?

Hi Carlin,
Ford took over the 4wd stuff when BMW sold out several years ago.
Current Land Rover 3 has a Jaguar engine (piece of junk).

Kent K.

The FORD Motor Co for about the last four years or so. The last of the
GM/ROVER engines were produced in 03 or 04. The new Range Rovers are using
the newest JAGUAR engines, another FORD company.

This car was in the TRADER last month. At that time she was asking US
$8000.00. I called her and found out that the car had been sitting for some
years. In the eBay copy they for got to say that the car has a new fuel
pump, filters and lines. I think the reserve may around $3000.
