[ROVERNET - UK] Rovers for sale in the U.S.A.

Regarding that 68 2000TC,There was a factory AM/FM radio  for the 2000TC, I
have one, I will take good photos, and put them on my ebay store tomorrow;
if anyone is curious what it looks like, along with a description. I think
the same radio was used with a "Leyland" logo on the plastic dial face. I
think I saw one that had a" Volvo" faceplate, also.Air conditioned cars had
no space for a radio, as the Delenaire evaporator took up all the console
space. My 69 2000TC had AC, but no radio, I put one in the left shinbin, and
open it to use the radio. The usual fitment, was a bevelled radio plate,
that allowed the radio to be fitted through the drivers' shin bin, and
remain level- Necessary, because the shinbin is at an angle. I have one in
my ebay store, also, if you are curious what it looks like.I also have a
bracket that allows a Sanyo rotary to be bolted to the original York AC
base. James Dean, (jaguru at bellsouth.net) Old English Motor Company.
