[ROVERNET - UK] OT Volvo

I know that this is very off topic but a friend has just been given a 1983 
Volvo 240 (Australian) and as Lead replacement Petrol is even been phased 
out in Oz, he was wondering if anyone knows if it can be run on ULP without 
the need for valve lubricant.
