Malcom, I assume this is an automatic. First, make
sure the idle speed isn't too high. if it is, it will
cause the car to pull excessively. Idle speed should
be somewhere under 1000rpm. I'd have someone adjust it
first, you may have a sticking throttle body causing
the idle to stick. Has the battery recently been
changed? If so, the ECU may have lost it's "memory"
and set the idle speed too high. I would assume this
is a fuel injected car? Good luck.
