[ROVERNET - UK] Wire wheels P6

My TC had them, part of the Special Features pack.
They have a decagonal centre nut, and a lead mallet and spanner for wheel 
removal.  Not quite the same as knock-offs.
The bad news is the splines tend to chop out eventually, that's what 
happened to mine.
