[ROVERNET - UK] P6 Oil Filter

Eric, I got confirmation from Wix that the 51806 
filter has the standpipe, making it correct. 
There is good reason to believe that Fram PH2821A 
is also correct as that is a direct cross to the 
Wix number, but Fram is now discouraged. Finally, 
the NAPA number is made by Wix and is the correct 
construction as well.
