The Rovernet was, is, and will be a mailing list for
Rover car enthusiasts where ever they live.  It
doesn't have a classified section.  Many car club
websites have a classified section.

Set up a website.
We have a host whom we pay US$33.00 a year.  The
domain costs us US$17.00 a year.  WE have a classified
section.

You could do the same.
Then you include the website address in your signature
and you're done.
