[ROVERNET - UK] P4 engines

Hi Andrew
                I'm not 100% sure but I think the engines are the same. The
difference was the P3 came with a single carb, (Solex I think)  My P3 was
converted to twin SU's using the head from a P4 so I assume the blocks are
the same.
