Rudiger,
Disk and drum brake linings come to mind.
Some protective exhaust heat lagging may also contain asbestos .... not sure
if early Rover vehicles had this as standard.

Wheel and suspension components in the vicinity of wheels may have brake
dust contamination.

Why do you ask?
